• If the purchased item has not undergone any quality or quantity changes, you may return it within 14 days by providing the receipt or invoice, except for those items that are non-returnable or non-exchangeable according to Armenian law.

• However, if your return request is due to a quality issue, you may replace the item with the help of our delivery staff.

• The same applies if you accidentally ordered a different brand within the same product category and wish to replace it with your preferred one. In such cases, you will only be charged the price difference, if any.
